With a 35 year career in the industry, Simon has previously worked for CBRE, Cluttons and then as a main board Director of publically quoted surveyors, Fletcher King. Simon joined Julian and Peter in 2007 and specialises in out-of-town offices in the Thames Valley and Home Counties regions alongside commercial properties in Central London.
